Ordering an item from We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping rates are displayed during the ordering process and vary per country and shipping method. After you have ordered, you will receive within 48 hours at the latest by email a confirmation of the shipping date. 95% of all orders are shipped within 24 hours after ordering!
ABOUT THE SHIPPING METHODS offers the following shipping methods:

Within The Netherlands all parcels are shipped by post. After the parcel has been sent off, you will receive a bar code so as to be able to track your parcel online. Your order will usually be delivered by Post in 1 business day after having been shipped.

Registered Post Outside The Netherlands
As a leading international provider of parcel and express services, Post offers you a first-class range of services covering all aspects of domestic and international parcel shipment. Registered mail service is exceptionally efficient due to a unique, high-capacity transport network. With Registered mail, the receiver signs for reception of the delivery.

Registered shipping via Dutch mail (Europe and outside Europe)
If you are living outside the Netherlands, the cheapest and safest way to ship your order is to choose for registered shipping. Your package will be sent by Dutch mail, and you have to sign for receipt of the package. The shipment time of Registered shipping via Dutch mail is nearly the same as mentioned by Post parcel service.
Regular mail (available in the Netherlands only)

This service is available for clients in the Netherlands only. We advise you to choose for “Track & Trace” from 2 ordered items and more. Hereby you have to sign for receipt of the package. With the unique “Track & Trace” number we can always trace your package!

Post Parcel Service
For most countries you can choose between International Parcel Service “Economy” (which takes longer) or “special priority”. To receive your ordered items, you have to sign as well and we can always trace your package with the unique number! Due to the maximum liability we advise you to choose for International Parcel Service, when the total amount of your order is higher than 100 euro.

Don’t worry, if you have missed the delivery of your package. With most of our shipping methods, the packages will be offered two or three times at your door. If you still have missed this, all shipments by Dutch post will automatically wait a couple of weeks for you at your local post office to be picked up (you will receive a note about this).

All our shipments are insured and registered by one or more unique numbers/forms. If for whatever reason the shipment doesn’t reach you, your order will be reshipped for free!
There is one exception on this for international parcels: When the total amount of your order is higher than 100 euro and you have chosen for registered shipping (you should have chosen for “International Parcel Service”).
(Please note that the price difference between the various shipping methods is based on the level of liability and whether or not shipments are insured).

When you place an order with, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the order form. Please take into consideration that in cases needs two business days for order handling.

Shipping costs for orders from depend upon the methods and options you choose. In addition, shipping costs are calculated based upon the total order weight and level of liability and insurance. Usually, shipping costs increase per 500 gr. order weight. To save shipping costs, try to combine products within one order.

RETURNS will only accept returns when the product(s) ordered is/are damaged or can not be used otherwise. You can always send back the damaged product(s), which will be replaced for the same product(s) after we have received the damaged product(s).

When you filled in the form for billing and shipping address, you can choose for a different billing and shipping address. As 90% of all our sent packages are offered at daytime we advise to fill in the address where you are at daytime (e.g. work address). You can change your shipping address anytime!
