Paul Zauner / Eddie Henderson - Association
Music out of the depths of the Blues to New European Music, spiced with human failings.
Towards the end of the eighties Paul Zauner had the possibility to play in concerts and tours as well as record CD´s with important American jazz musicians such as Leon Thomas, George Adams, David Murray and Hamiet Bluiett.
At the same time a regular collaboration with Austrian and Polish musicians such as Bumi Fian, Jarek Smietana and Woody Schabata emerged.
Eddie Henderson, the great trumpet player, who worked for important groups and CD´s as leader and sideman, as well as Art Blakey´s ‘Jazz Messengers’ and Herbie Hancock, appears as a special guest.
