Osibisa - Monsore

Monsore is Osibisa´s brand new 1997 studio album since their last studio album Mystic Energy recorded in 1980.

Osibisa played a leading role in the development of African music. In the seventies they created a new style known as Afro-Rock and their self-titled debut album became a platinum hit record with sales exceeding more the one million copies.

They still play live featuring the three Ghanaian musicians who formed the band: Teddy Osei (sax), Mac Tontoh (trumpet), Sol Amarfio (drums).
