Gerardina Trovato - I Sogni
Gerardina had her big breakthrough in Netherlands and Belgium in 1994 with her duet with Andrea Bocelli titled ‘Vivere’. After that worldwide success (2 million copies) she released in 1997 her first solo album outside the borders of Italy titled ‘Ho Trovato’.
Then it became a bit silent around her career. However together with Laura Pausini she is one of the Italian female singers with much success abroad. Now in 2008 her new mini album ‘I Sogni’ is on the market and it surely is an album of excellent quality.
On the album you can hear from the single track ‘I Sogni’ various remixes from Criss Dee en Fatblock. But also the album contains beautiful ballads. Some of the production is done by Massimo Luca also responsible for productions with other Italian top singers like Gianluca Grignani and Laura Pausini.
