Re-release of recording featuring original lead singer Bob "The Bear" Hite on his last album before his untimely death in 1981.

The only white blues band to have major hit records (On The Road Again, Goin' Up The Country, Let's Work Together)

From performing at the Woodstock & Monterey festivals in the 60's to the tragic deaths of their founder member All 'Blind Owl' Wilson, Bob Hite and Henry Vestine, Canned Heat have experienced the highs and lows of the music industry . . . & still keep performing to this day.

Canned Heat hold a fond place in the hearts of all blues lovers. They bought John Lee Hooker from relative obscurity to a major label with their classic recording "Hooker 'N Heat" in the 60's . . . They then played on his comeback Grammy Award Winning Album "The Healer" in 1990.
